My Story Could Be Your Story
As someone who struggled with depression and anxiety for over a decade, I wish I had subscribed somewhere that taught happiness habits when I was younger. Perhaps I could’ve worked toward a happier and healthier life sooner. I tried different things to solve my problems, including:
- taking medication
- going to the gym
- visiting a therapist
These things helped, but they would only ever get me to the halfway point. I couldn’t sustain my momentum. My happiness was fleeting until I took The Science of Well-being course from Yale led by Dr. Laurie Santos.
From there I discovered the happiness habits that could sustain my wellness. Now, I want to help you on your journey to live a happier and healthier life by learning about one happiness habit every week.
